DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To source the most qualified suppliers upon receiving enquiries from headoffice, soliciting quotaions from suppliers and offer out the most competitive cost.
2. To follow up the whole process of sample making till final confirmation by the customer.
3. To monotor PO execution progress, find solutions to quality, delivery and costing problems during PO implementation.
4. To make shipment arrangement and documentation till the vessel launches.
5. To prepare documents for L/C negotiation and receive payment from Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor degree major in international trade;
2. Min. 3 years experience;
3. Working experience in a foreign purchasing office/company preferred;
4. Fluent communication in speaking and written English.
5. Engergetic and self-motivated.
