DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To work with the senior buyer in sourcing the most qualified suppliers upon receiving enquiries from headoffice, soliciting quotaions from suppliers and offer out the most competitive cost.
2. To work with the senior buyer in following up the whole process of sample making till final confirmation by the customer.
3. To work with the senior buyer in monotoring PO execution progress, find solutions to quality, delivery and costing problems during PO implementation.
4. To work with the senior buyer in making shipment arrangement and documentation till the vessel launches.
5. To work with the senior buyer in preparing documents for L/C negotiation and receive payment from Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Collegue graduate major in international trade;
2. Min. 2 years experience;
3. Working experience in a foreign purchasing office/company preferred;
4. Fluent communication in speaking and written English.
5. Engergetic and self-motivated.
