RESPONSIBILITIES:
- initial check on valid PO, sow information, contract, payment terms;
- Order entry in Catalyst ordering system;
- email communications with Ireland and Corp;
- Ensure data accuracy in system;
- Communicate with sales representative on order issues;
- Record the orders information in our Revenue tracking file;
- Co-ordinate shipment schedule with EMC Ireland & Freight forwarder;
- Arrange local courier to delivery machine to customer;
- Review AWB documents/ LC requirement & follow up with Agents;
- Machine inspection at warehouse (if require);
- Be a communication center and information for both internally and for customers;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated with Diploma certificate or above
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- Good Mandarin
- Can work independently is a must
