Routine duties
-Be responsible for all sales activities related to Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Customer Program Management products and services
-Identify business opportunities, collect customers' requirements, and propose logistics solutions & related resources/costing, implement projects
-Monitor the programs for continuous service improvement
-Develop and maintain strong new/existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction
-Respond to customer enquiries/complaints
-Manages a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting relationship
with DHL
-Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies and Experience
Qualifications
-University graduated or above
-Three-year experiences in logistics company, preferred in airfreight industry
-English (CET-4 or above), Mandarin, Cantonese
Skills
-Good command of English
-Good PC skills (Words, Advanced Excel, etc.)
-Good in communication skills
-Initiative, able to work under pressure
-Good team work
