职位描述：
Duties
Create product inspection criteria linking to product specifications and performance requirement.
Work with suppliers, identify root cause of failure products, drive and follow up actions;
Initiate quality improvement program and co-ordinate with suppliers to achieve continuous improvements;
New product/process review to identify potential quality problems at the early stage;
Audit supplier QC/QA system and their manufacturing process;
Experience Requirements
Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Manufacturing;
Minimum 3 years working experience in Quality Assurance/Quality control in small kitchen appliances or related field.
Special skills
Knowledge on ISO/DOE/SPC/RR or other quality initiatives;
ISO/QS Auditor training is an advantage.
Knowledge of using Minitab;
Statistic control method (SPC, CPK, Normal distribution, statistical chart: Histogram, Pareto etc;)
Other requirements
Good command of written and spoken English |
