Job responsibility:
1. Customer communication by hotline
a. Receive customer service request
b. Collect customer’s information and send claim form to customer
c. Deal with customer’s complaint
2. Service quotations
a. Customer registration
b. Materials registration
c. With the help of the service engineer prepare and issue the quotation to the customer
3. Service business contract
a- Review and check the Service order
b- Register the service order in SAP
c- Send order acknowledgement to Customer
4. Purchasing process
a- Follow the existing company purchasing process depending on the purchase category
b- Issue the purchase order to the manufacturing center
c- Keep in touch with manufacturing center for delivery tracking
d- Work closely with Shanghai team
5. Custom clearance
a- Prepare the customs clearance documents in advance to ensure a fast delivery
b- Select the best way to ensure a smooth custom clearance of the goods
c- Work closely with Shanghai team (Custom declaration, tax..)
6. Deliveries
a- Follow carefully the delivery process
b- Select the best way to ensure a smooth and cost effective of delivery to customer site
c- Work closely with Shanghai team
7. Invoicing
a- Send to customer the invoice following the payment conditions included in the contract
b- Make sure that the payment is collected
c- Check if customer is satisfied
Others:
a- Assistant to book flight and hotel for engineers
b- Direct customer phone calls and e-mail
c- Maintain and follow customer return
d- Other duties on request
Requirement:
Diploma ,good commend of English(excellent)
大专及以上学历,英文听说读写优秀
ERP system skills and international trading experience
有ERP系统操作经验及外贸经验者优先
